Definition/About
The voter list is the official record of eligible voters in an HOA election, including each voter's name, voting power, and either their property’s physical address, parcel number, or both. If the mailing address differs from the property address or only a parcel number is listed, the mailing address must be included. Email addresses may also be recorded for electronic voting, ballot confirmations, and election-related communications. The voter list can be updated until the record date or the mailing of ballots, ensuring accuracy in voter eligibility and ballot distribution.
When Generated:
The voter list is generated when mailings for the election are needed.
Notes:
Condo Elects creates a unique identifier for each unit on the voter list, allowing the unit owners to access their information on the Condo Elects' check my status page. Corrections to the voter list must be made within two business days.
