Replacement Ballots
Request a replacement ballot
Open your association’s election page and select “I need a replacement ballot.” The election page link is printed on the notices sent to your unit.
Requests submitted through the election page receive a reference ID and a dated record so they can be tracked and reviewed.
You can also email info@condoelects.com from the email address on file for your unit. Include your name, unit address, and requested mailing address.
We match replacement requests to the association’s voter list and require written confirmation before issuing a replacement. Requests must be submitted through the election page or by email.
