Condo Elects, LLC provides software solutions for homeowners' associations (HOAs), common interest developments (CIDs), and nonprofit corporation structures that meet the applicable requirements to facilitate election processes. Our services include secure voting, election management, and result tabulation.
While our company is based in California, our services are available to organizations outside of California that meet the necessary requirements.
Necessary Requirements
Eligibility to use our services
To use our services, the following criteria must be met:
- —Legal Structure — the organization must be legally recognized as an HOA, CID, or nonprofit corporation authorized to conduct elections.
- —Governing Documents — bylaws or charters confirming the organization's governance structure and eligibility to use external election services.
- —Compliance with Local Laws — the organization must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations related to elections, privacy, and data protection.
- —Authorization — the organization must designate authorized personnel who can engage Condo Elects on its behalf and make binding decisions regarding the election process.
- —Technical Readiness — the organization must ensure access to secure internet connections and compatible devices as required by our platform.
Eligibility
Who may use our services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Our services are intended for HOAs, CIDs, and nonprofit corporation structures with the authority to conduct election processes.
User Obligations
Your responsibilities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Condo Elects, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Termination
Ending access
Condo Elects, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, the election record, or us.
