While our company is based in California, our services are available for organizations outside of California that meet the necessary requirements.

2.1 Necessary Requirements

To use our services, the following criteria must be met:

  • Legal Structure: The organization must be legally recognized as a homeowners’ association (HOA), common interest development (CID), or nonprofit corporation with the authority to conduct elections or voting processes.
  • Governing Documents: The organization must provide documentation, such as bylaws or charters, that outline its governance structure and confirm its eligibility to use external election services.
  • Compliance with Local Laws: The organization must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations related to elections and voting, including privacy and data protection laws.
  • Authorization: The organization must designate authorized personnel who can engage with Condo Elects, LLC on behalf of the organization and make binding decisions regarding the election process.
  • Technical Readiness: The organization must ensure access to any technical requirements needed for using our platform, such as secure internet connections and compatible devices.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Our services are intended for homeowners’ associations (HOAs), common interest developments (CIDs), and any nonprofit corporation structures that meet the criteria for conducting election processes.

4. User Obligations

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information as required for using our services.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, federal, or applicable international laws related to the use of our services.

  • Your use or inability to use the services.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any third-party conduct or content on the services.

10. Termination

Condo Elects, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.
