Definition/About

The proxy grantor is the unit owner who grants a proxy to another member of the association, known as the proxy holder, allowing them to vote on their behalf. However, the proxy grantor retains the right to revoke the proxy through specific actions. A proxy is revoked if the proxy grantor notifies the inspector of elections, issues a new proxy, appears at the meeting in person, or submits a secret ballot before the proxy is exercised.
