Definition/About
This document allows an association member to nominate themselves as a candidate for the Board of Directors and submit a candidate statement, subject to any candidacy requirements established in the association’s election rules. Nomination forms must be returned by the deadline, which is set 30 days after mailing; however, Condo Elects requires this deadline to be at least 64 days before the vote to ensure compliance and proper processing.
